Feynbot is a study service operated by [OWNER NAME], sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), [ADDRESS], Hungary, tax number [TAX NUMBER] ("we"). You add study material, then learn by teaching an AI student, which asks questions; Feynbot shows how well you explained things and what to work on. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16.
The AI student and the judgements it makes are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent. Feynbot is a study aid and not professional, medical, legal or exam advice, and we do not guarantee any result. Check important facts against your sources.
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it, including sending parts to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload (for example, you may not upload someone else's copyrighted book to share it, and you may not upload unlawful content). Feynbot processes your material only for you; it is not published or shared with other users. We may remove material that breaks the law or these terms.
Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to produce unlawful content, bypass limits, or create accounts to abuse the free plan. We may limit or close accounts that do.
The free plan has monthly limits (currently 3 sessions of up to 10 minutes, 1 document of limited size, text only, short reports). We may pause free usage if the shared monthly free budget is used up.
Feynbot is a digital service that starts immediately. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start immediately and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once you have started using the service. If you still cancel within 14 days, you pay for the credits you used and the rest of the price is refunded.
You can cancel any time in the customer portal ("Manage subscription" in the app). Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. You can delete your account at any time in the app; deletion also cancels your subscription. Unused credits are not refunded when you cancel or delete, except where the law requires.
We aim for a reliable service but provide it "as is" and it may be interrupted for maintenance or because of providers we depend on. We may change features or prices for the future; for subscriptions we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before the change applies.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intentional harm or injury to life, body or health, or your consumer rights). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost grades, opportunities or profits.
